4-level townhouse with garage. Gated community with private street and garden, securely receive packages right to doorstep. Spacious 3Bd/2Ba Townhome on four levels on 1700sqft. Lots of light, plentiful windows and skylights throughout rooms. Washer and Dryer included. One long garage fits two smartcars or one regular car plus additional motorcycle or bikes. Desks in every room, full bedding on every bed. Very well-stocked kitchen!
Vertical separation defines this spacious 3Bd/2Ba 1700sqft Townhome on 4 levels. Lots of light and plentiful windows throughout all rooms. See floorplan with dimensions:
1st floor: Washer and Dryer. Long garage fits either (1) one standard car plus bikes/motorcycles/storage, or (2) two smartcars.
