2 Bedroom condo at the heart of the city with a view of the bay
This 2 Bedroom condo with a view of the bay and the bridge is conveniently located at the heart of the city and is very accessible to malls, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a few historical parts of the city and hospitals and clinics for medical travelers. This unit is also ideal for a family of four that is looking for a temporary home in Cebu City. We can accommodate up to 6 guests but this space is ideally for 4 adults only. For the 2 additional guests we only have sofa mattresses.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING A RESERVATION. WE DO NOT WANT TO BLINDSIDE OUR GUESTS AND DISAPPOINT YOU.
Things beyond our control:
1. We are on the 40th floor, sometimes patience with the elevator is needed. Sometimes it stops on many floors for other passengers going up and down.
2. Please do not expect a hotel room service. Our unit is just a simple temporary home for tourists while in Cebu City and is not to be hoped for as a luxury room.
3. The building has a lap pool for guests that is probably chest deep for the average adult but we do not actively advertise it as an amenity because there are times when it can be crowded considering that two towers of the condo complex use it but there are also times when you have the pool all to yourself. The pool is children friendly as there is a section of the pool for kids which is shallower.
We meet our guests in the lobby. This is not a self check in unit. We are more than glad to accommodate guests anytime after our standard check in time. If you are flying in from another country and your flight arrives at midnight or even dawn we can still arrange for someone to meet you. We just have to be informed in advance.
