Romeo’s place is very comfortable. Beds are great and AC works well. The furnishings are good. We liked that the place has 24 hour security, very helpful staff, and laundry on premises. It’s a short easy walk to Ayala with plenty of restaurants along the way. In particular we recommend you have coffee at ‘Kamp’ - it’s great. We would stay here again for sure.

Cebu Condo in Ayala

Stayed 5 weeks in beautiful condo and well kept property. Owner and property management were very responsive to requests and wonderful to interact with. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Nice stay

Unit was as described in listing and pictures. Beds were comfortable. Location is great with easy access to things you’ll want to do. Communication was great with host and onsite management. Would stay again.

Seamless check-in. We were provided ample supply of drinking water. Beddings and towels are clean and smells great! Place is clean and spacious. I Highly recommended unit 606. Room for improvement : Fitness center-all the treadmills during our stay was under maintenance . There should be a treadmill available each day. There is no hand sanitizer, equipment sanitizing wipes and face towel available in the fitness center. Overall experience was great! Staff are polite, guards need to be consistent at checking the Cab drivers ID per entry.

Perfect Place to Stay while in Cebu

This is an amazing property to stay in while in Cebu. The condo is beautiful and has everything that you would need during your stay. It has tight security, safe parking, very friendly and helpful staff and is in the center of everything in Cebu. Romeo is very responsive to our needs. When you text him, he responds, literally in 1-2 minutes. His team is equally wonderful, friendly, helpful and also very quick to address our requests. The property offers laundry services at a very reasonable cost. We do not have enough words to express how impressed and grateful we were with their service. We highly recommend them. Exactly what you need, plus more!

Romeo's place had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Not to mention security and privacy when entering and exiting the apartments grounds. This 2 bedroom condo has more than meets the eye, there is a pool and gym located on site and the onsite staff/security are very friendly should you need anything. I personally had to work from the Condo while my mum and aunties went shopping and personally felt like I was working from home in Australia. The WIFI was great! Ordering grab for food was very convenient. Ayala Mall is minutes away. Romeo and Santi are a delight to deal with. Thank you for your hospitality once again. I’d certainly stay there again when back in Cebu City.
