This newly remodeled one bedroom/ one bathroom, top floor unit with cathedral ceilings, decorated in a Tropical theme has one of the best views on Manasota Key of the Gulf of Mexico. The view is spectacular!

From its private deck, with its high deck chairs, allows an unobstructed view of the dolphins swimming by in the blue waters of the Gulf. They are almost close enough to touch.

Only thirty seconds and you are on your own private beach, enjoying a fun-filled day on the sand.

Or, if you prefer, you can take a dip in the large, heated pool.

Of course, this unit is fully air conditioned, fully furnished kitchen, couch that can accommodate two others and smart flat screen TV's in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and a Keurig dual coffee maker.
