The home accommodates up to 10 guests total, including children.



🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside or anywhere on the property. If you need to smoke, please stay at least 30 feet away from the building.



🔇 No Parties or Loud Gatherings

Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.



🥂 Alcohol Policy

Alcohol must remain inside the home. Please keep outdoor and shared areas clean. Violations may incur a $250+ fine.



🔥 No Grilling or BBQ

Grills and BBQ use are not permitted anywhere on the premises.



🅿️ Parking

Oversized vehicles or large trucks should use designated alternative parking areas.



OTHER IMPORTANT REMINDERS: ✨



Reservations of 10 nights or more include a required complimentary mid-stay cleaning to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment. For stays of 21 nights or longer, additional complimentary cleanings will be scheduled every 14 days during the stay. Cleaning arrangements will be made with the guest in advance.



A nearby public pickleball court is within easy walking distance for guests who enjoy staying active. We provide paddles, balls, and a portable net upon request. Equipment is shared and available first come, first served. As the court is public and outdoors, availability may vary and play is weather dependent.



For everyone’s safety, please keep all doors locked and supervise children at all times, especially near the water and deck areas.



A valid government-issued ID and a few additional details may be required after booking to complete your reservation.



Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet. We allow dogs and cats only. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must observe quiet hours, and are not permitted on furniture. The pet fee does not cover any damage to furniture, bedding, or rugs, or extra cleaning due to excessive hair or odors.



Damage Waiver

For a little extra peace of mind during your stay, you may choose a non-refundable $75 Damage Waiver instead of a traditional refundable security deposit.

The waiver provides up to $650 in coverage for minor accidental damage, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Please keep in mind that it does not cover intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, house-rule violations, pet-related damage, negligence, or misuse.

After booking, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details and select your preferred damage protection option.

If you choose not to purchase the Damage Waiver, you will remain responsible for any damages beyond the amount covered or held.
