It's a park like setting with a backyard waterfall and shady spot to sit under the big old oak tree. You can control the temperature in this room! This private space has a comfy futon bed, microwave, refrigerator, sink and eating area. There's also Wi-Fi and access to your own private bathroom. We have Keurig Coffee and a variety of herbal teas to choose from. It's minutes away from city parks, walking trails, biking trails, the mall and also, 20 mins. away from Clearwater Beach by car. Washer & Dryer on premise and free to use. Driveway parking as well. "To make sure everything is clear and comfortable for your stay and to comply with local guidelines, guests will be asked to review and sign a brief rental agreement upon arrival." 31-90 night stays only. Identity verification as well. For identity verification purposes the primary guest must provide a government issued photo ID that matches the name on the booking prior to check-in.

Strictly for 1 guest only. No extra guests allowed. Parking for 1 passenger vehicle only. No room for large commercial trucks. Pickup trucks and vans are okay. Please adhere to our NO SMOKING POLICY. Smoking of any substance is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking outside is permitted. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to the fact that I am highly allergic.

If you need to have mail delivered you must have your own PO Box. Amazon deliveries and food deliveries are okay.

This is not a party house. If you plan on drinking excessively this may not be the house for you. If you like listening to music outside at night, please use earbuds. It's a peaceful neighborhood and we need to have respect for the neighbors.


Other things to note
The Heat/Air System has a temperature control for heat and cool air. Use the handy remote control to select the heat or the cool option. If you have any questions or problems, please do not hesitate to ask me for assistance.

If you need to rent a car there is an Enterprise Rent-A-Car within walking distance.

Supermarkets such as Publix, Aldi, and Sprouts Farmers Market for healthy groceries are also minutes away.

Walmart Supercenter is open until 11pm and is 4 minutes away by car.
