This gated community is located 5 miles from Clearwater beach (Pier 60) and 7 miles from Indian Rock beach. The apartment is situated at the 3rd floor (no elevator, no access ramp) and it has one bedroom, one king bed, one couch, flat TVs. The Avalon complex have a large heated pool with a barbecue area and a fitness center. Shopping centers, like Publix supermarket are within walking distance.

I would recommend this listing to anyone looking for a beautiful, safe and clean vacation property. Location was ideal and we did not need or want for anything. Happy to stay here again in the future.

Nicely decorated apartment in a quiet and well maintained property with everything we needed for our vacation including beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Grocery store is within walking distance. Very good communication with the host and easy check in process.

Cannot fault anything about this property , everything we needed was here and a few extras that other guests had left ie beach towels , beach chairs and cool box . We would definately book again if we are ever back in the area. The hosts were always a message away if we had any questions , the check in process etc was also very easy and properly explained before we arrived. . It looks as though the Gym and clubhouse are getting updated and hopefully this will also be the case with the pool loungers and the pool area.

Absolutely fab.Hosts were above excellent The accommodation is so so good you could live there. Modern, clean and everything you need. Cannot fault at all. And wound def stay here again.

Went during spring break. Big mistake. Other than that is was very nice. Restaurants within walking distance and a Publix across the street. The only downside for me with a bad heart were the three flights of stairs.

We had an amazing stay at Cosmin’s place! Luxury apartment with lots of space and on a lovely complex with a pool! Great location to go visit lots of places and Clearwater beach a short drive away, will definitely return to this place!

Fewest number of pool chairs in my 3 years here. Vey disappointed as we pay premium rent and this is the only amenity available. Manager enforced no saving chairs from 9-5 but 70% of chairs were reserved by 7:30 am and then occupied by people at 9 when he arrives. This arbitrary enforcement is in fair but realize he can only enforce while working. Something here needs to change. Pool is a wonderful amenity!

Enjoyed my stay. The place had everything my partner and I needed. The pool can be quite crowded but that is to be expected. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The full size washer and dryer is great for those of us who hate to do vacation laundry when we get back home. I wish I could change the stairs to a ramp to help assist with carrying luggage and any other wheeled items. Owners did make it clear in the description.
