Discover this modern mid-century apartment in the heart of San Diego's South Park! Designed by Solstice Interiors, this stylish space offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Steps away from the vibrant South Park scene, you'll enjoy easy access to Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, and more. Explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions, all within reach of this beautifully appointed apartment.
The Space:
Cottage style bungalow apartment in a quiet, fenced 7 unit community with plenty of outdoor courtyard space, coin operated laundry on site, and every detail meticulously designed.
Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to the space and shared access to the exterior. There is a private entrance and exit to the backyard area where there is a BBQ that is for your use during your stay shared with the unit next door.
The Neighborhood:
When taking a stroll through South Park you can feel the heart and soul that goes into the eclectic mix of over 70 independently owned small businesses that operate in this charming, tree-lined neighborhood. New and old businesses alike work together to create a healthy business district for visitors near and far to enjoy. For a good time, come out and visit South Park located in the heart of San Diego, CA.
Getting Around:
With a Walk Score of 75, most everything can be enjoyed within a short stroll. Otherwise, rental bikes, scooters, or an Uber can get you everywhere you need to go within a short distance to enjoy everything San Diego has to offer.
Other Things to Note:
We have a neighboring apartment property behind us that is currently doing some renovations. We sih that we had more control over this or the ability to schedule the work. While we don't anticipate this being a disturbance during your stay, we do want to make you aware.
Our checkout instructions only ask that you be sure you have all your things, turn everything off, lock the door on your way out, and we'll take care of the rest. We do not ask that you do laundry, dishes, trash etc like many hosts do.
Guests must agree to our Good Neighbor Policy.
Noise
Our home is intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties of any kind are not allowed.
Occupancy
We strictly adhere to our advertised maximum occupancy levels at each home. No exceptions are made for any reason. The number of guests cannot exceed the listed maximum occupancy for the property.
Move in ready with optimum flexibility: all utilities included - including internet, full kitchen with appliances and all cooking wares. All with flexible rental length terms long or short term to suit your specific need. Monthly discounts are automatically applied to rates when dates are selected. Washer and dryer are shared within the community and are coin operated.
- There is a coin washer and dryer that is shared with the five other units in the community that you're welcome to use during your stay.
- There is no off-street parking provided during your stay. Parking is free, first available on the streets surrounding the property. Usually not difficult to find, but no exclusive use off street parking.
- There are two steps leading up the entrance of the unit.
- The sleeping accommodations are one queen bed in the bedroom and the couch is a lay flat. Couch would not be the most comfortable for 2 people for longer stays.
- The TV is a Smart TV Roku enabled to access all of your favorite streaming services. There isn't cable television service attached.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, or laundry detergent.
