The host was very responsive to messages. We had a little glitch getting into the home, but was resolved easily and had no other problems afterwards. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We have never stayed in this part of the larger Las Vegas area, and were very pleased. Close to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation area - which was a great visit. Also close to Red Rock Resort and Downtown Summerlin shopping area - great restaurants and shopping. Very hi-tech house - everything is voice activated, which was a little surprise when we arrived - we should have read the description better. Host has spent a lot of time setting this up - very cool features. Overall it was a great place, very comfortable, and clean.

I try to think about the stay from a guest’s perspective. The home is well maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and designed to be simple to use—from the smart-home features to the comfortable living spaces. My goal is always the same: for guests to walk in and immediately feel like everything has been taken care of.

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds in Las Vegas. It is quiet, safe, and beautifully maintained, while still being close to everything visitors come here to enjoy. The home is located in the Summerlin area, which is known for its parks, walking paths, and mountain views.

One of the things I enjoy most is how close it is to Downtown Summerlin. Guests can easily walk or take a short drive to great restaurants, shopping, the Las Vegas Ballpark, and Red Rock Casino Resort. Red Rock Canyon is also just a short drive away and is one of the most beautiful places in Nevada for hiking, biking, and scenic drives.

Even though the neighborhood feels peaceful and residential, you are still only about 20 to 25 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, making it easy to enjoy the excitement of the city and then return to a relaxing place to unwind.
