This is a newly renovated two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. The living area is cozy and comfortable with a sofa that changes into a queen-sized couch bed (please let us know in advance if you need us to prepare the couch bed). This space opens to a light & bright sunroom with a desk/vanity and reading area.

The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the second room has two twin beds that can be joined to make one large bed (please let us know in advance if this is something that you require). Both rooms are equipped with comfortable bed linens and a ROKU TV, which allows you to use your apps to stream your favorite shows. The SPA-Like bathroom has heated floors and top-of-the-line fixtures: you will not want to leave this room. (Bath towels are provided)
The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary enjoyment!
There is a washer and dryer available for use.

The entire first-floor unit is yours to enjoy. The main entrance for your unit is at the side of the house near the parking space. (Important: please let us know if you will need the parking space in advance if it is not available, we will provide you with a visitor's parking permit for street parking.)

Other things to note
-This is a Party and Loud Noise-Free environment. This is a two family home. We live in the second apartment and our neighbors are near. If you are coming with a group that is ready to party this is the wrong space for you.
