PARKING

Parking is not included or guaranteed with the reservation.

Public parking options are available nearby, including municipal garage parking and street parking. West New York also offers visitor parking permits for eligible street parking.

Parking availability, rates, permit requirements, street-cleaning schedules, and local restrictions may change. Guests are responsible for following all posted parking signs and regulations.

Detailed current parking guidance is provided before arrival to help make parking as easy as possible.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The apartment is located on the third floor of a walk-up building
• There is no elevator
• Stairs are required
• Self check-in is available after the scheduled check-in time
• Window air conditioning is used during warmer months
• Steam heat is used during colder months
• This is a quiet residential building
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping
• Only registered guests may access the property
• Security cameras monitor building entrances and common areas only; there are no cameras inside the apartment
