INTERACTION WITH HOST
We respect your privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we will not be present on-site during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs you may have. Please feel free to reach out to us through the messaging platform at any time.

* Check-In: Detailed check-in instructions, including your unique keyless entry code, will be sent to you via the messaging platform 30 minutes prior to your scheduled check-in time on your arrival day.

* Parking: Please be aware there is ONLY ONE parking space available for the condo. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing at the owner`s expense.

* Specialty Vehicles: Please be aware that, per Grande Cayman Resort policy, motorcycles and trailers are strictly not permitted on the premises.

* Rental Agreement: A rental agreement must be completed within one hour of booking. This includes a mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee that covers accidental damages up to $1,000, eliminating the need for a large security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
• No smoking or vaping inside the unit or on balconies and $200 cleaning fee will be assessed to the guest if there is evidence of smoking in the room.
• Follow all resort and HOA rules during your stay
• Please treat the condo with care and respect
• Dishes that are used must be cleaned and put away to avoid additional charges.
