Inside, the open-concept layout is bright and welcoming, framed by expansive windows that keep the ocean front and center. The living room invites you to unwind with comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace, and a pull-out couch that comfortably sleeps two, allowing the home to accommodate up to 6 guests with ease. Whether you’re gathering for movie nights, lazy afternoons, or cool coastal evenings by the fire, this space is made for connection. Please note that, like many classic beachfront homes in Cayucos, the property does not have air conditioning—designed instead to let in the natural ocean breeze and the area’s mild coastal climate.
The chef’s kitchen is a true highlight, thoughtfully equipped for guests who love to cook and gather. At its heart is a Lacanche Fontenay Traditional Range, a high-end, European-style appliance prized for its craftsmanship and performance. Paired with premium essentials and generous prep space, the kitchen makes everything from casual breakfasts to fresh seafood dinners feel effortless. - On the 4th of July, the road leading to the home may be closed due to local festivities.
- The charcoal burner is NOT for guest use and should not be operated under any circumstances.
Parking Details:
- Two garage parking spaces are provided, with one additional street space available first come, first served.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
