Dieses gut ausgestattete Strandhaus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, bestehend aus zwei Kingsize-Betten und einer Königin mit Etagenbett. Diese ca. 2350 qm Haus wurde im Jahr 2013 renoviert. Die Küche ist mit modernisierten Geräten aus Edelstahl ausgestattet, darunter ein Geschirrspüler und ein separater Innenwaschraum für ultimativen Komfort. We've stayed at quite a few beach houses in Cayucas and this one is by far, the best! Fabulous architecture, a kitchen with a view, bedrooms where you can hear the waves at night. Love, love, love this property!Did I mention that I love this property?

Lovely family beach stay

Watching the wildlife from the balcony was the favorite activity. The kitchen was good for some large dinners. There were some high quality items in the kitchen, which made cooking there very enjoyable.

Best house on the beach!

A fabulous time is always had at this beautiful house on the beach. It's close proximity to motels meant extra family could be near. My favorite house in Cayucus!

Our family had a wonderful time. The house a spacious. My mom has limited mobility and uses a walker. There is one small step and a slight incline between the driveway and the front door; very doable. A friend that also uses a walker and lives in Morro Bay was able to visit her without an issue. The house is within walking distance of stores, restaurants and main town both by streets and from the beach. The view is impeccable.

The pictures of this place don't do it justice, it was absolutely beautiful! Most amazing beach views, walking distance to the town, we didn't want to leave! I don't know what the other reviewers were talking about with the door, we had no trouble at all.

Great view on the beach

Good points: clean, updated kitchen appliances and bathrooms, good beds, great views, walking distance to town and right on the beach. Drawbacks: lack of beds for large groups of adults, living room furniture not comfortable, comfortable outdoor chairs to enjoy the view limited to two.

The layout of the home is wonderful. Very roomy for a large group. Love the location—being within walking distance of all shopping and the beach in Cayucos is a definite plus. The kitchen was very well equipped. We cook when we are at the beach so it was really nice to have all the necessities. However, the house had ants, especially in the kitchen. It was not pleasant fighting to keep them away for 7 days. Also, there was a terrible smell coming from the dishwasher. The general cleanliness of the home was not good.

Hi Betsy, We would have loved to have been able to remedy any issues that arose during your stay, had you reached out to let us know. Unfortunately coastal towns (and especially homes on the water) experience an explosion of the ant population depending on the time of year. We have a skilled and licensed pest control company for this very issue. I will circle back with the cleaning crew on the other items you mentioned. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. In the future please give your host an opportunity to remedy the situation before leaving a negative review. Our goal as hosts is to offer the best experience possible to our guests. I am sorry we were not able to do that for you.

Everything about this home is exactly what you expect to find, and even better! The views are spectacular, the location can't get any better, the home is cozy but yet so well maintained!! The best part was the owner was very easy to reach and very easy to work with. I highly recommend staying here, as long as it isn't the weekend our family wants it:))

Wowee... Love this Place

We loved having a week right on the beach! We could go for a walk in the sand morning, afternoon or night and were always entertained - birds, Dolphins, sea otters and dogs! The home is beautiful! Wide open on the inside with a comfortable place to watch the Olympics and the waves, too. The kitchen is superb. Plenty of space for my husband and myself and our 2 grown children and visits from our grandchildren who live in SLO. The house is clean. Great smell and plenty of blankets and towels. We loved it. Great location! Easy to walk in for coffee or something to eat in Cayucos!

Good location

So I was the first to rent this property via VRBO. It was a few mishaps but overall it turned out ok. So a few pointers to other renters. The location and views are great. Close to twon. The beach isnt fantastic, tons of flies from the kelp, its VERY difficult to be comfortable laying out on the beach. We found out the last night that HBO is available in the house. We also found out that you can have a bonfire on the beach in front of the house. All the door locks are very old and very difficult to use. The refirdgerator was not cooling and it took 4 days for the owners to get back in touch with us. I will say the views were great but very stressful vacation, it should not have been.

Matt, thank you for your comments. We have taken them and made major changes to provide a better, more relaxing vacation for our guests. The refrigerator has been replaced, as have the locks on the front door. Unfortunately this year has had irregular currents which had caused an unusual amount of kelp on the beach over the summer. This was not typical and we hope you will consider coming back to our ocean oasis in lovely Cayucos.

Enjoyed our Winter stay

We rented the property during Christmas of 2015. Kristin was very responsive and answered all questions. I was not sure if we would enjoy "beach front" home during winter (it was on expensive side for us). But we had a great experience/time. The property is awesome - very spacious family, dining & kitchen. Its literally steps away from the beach. Kids enjoyed walking on beach looking for shells. Adults enjoyed walking on beach and going to pier (also within eyesight). It was great to see a bunch of surfers riding the waves. Wifi worked well for us. The only thing we had trouble with was that sliding door in master bath would not close and the master bedroom door did not have lock. So using that bathroom was bit a trouble. This was our visit to Cayucos - nice little town. We enjoyed walking around the quite little town (most of them were closed on Christmas Day). We took a drive down to Pismo beach on one day and enjoyed riding the Sand Dune buggies. Thank You for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Gorgeous!

We have stayed in many summer rentals over the years and this is definitely one of the best. The view was so gorgeous that we spent many hours just staring out at the ocean and the wildlife. We saw dolphins, sea otters and even whales. We also loved the town. Shopkeepers were super friendly and helpful. It was great that we could just walk there. We had so much fun and had many new adventures. We were able to go wine tasting, zip lining, hiking and even created art at a class held at one of the stores in town. We ate out a few times, but the kitchen was wonderful and had everything we needed to create some delicious dinners. The photos on line of the house really doesn't do it justice. It was prettier in person! The house was very well-kept and clean. Beds were comfy and the couches were too. The dining room table was perfect for eating and playing games. One suggestion - the first bathroom shower seemed like it needed a really good scrub. The tile and grout seemed a bit moldy. Other than that, everything was very clean. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. The owner was great about answering any questions we had. She was very friendly and helpful.

70 th Birthday Celebration

Three great friends of over 60 years gathered with a spouse and a Significant Other to celebrate friendships as well as milestone birthdays. The house is beautifully situated within walking distance to town for shopping and eating. The deck has full view of the beach, pier and town. The many floor to ceiling windows allowed full views as well! Sunsets were amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed and offered spacious areas for us to gather to cook and eat. All rooms are large and comfortable. Beds were as well! We thoroughly enjoyed every single day of our week.

Best fam beach vacation

This was a really wonderful week!! We had plenty of room to chill for all 8 of us... comfy sofa/chairs, the dining table for 8 and all kinds of seating on the awesome deck.. We were walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants and the pier. And the beach was perfect! We were on the beach multiple times a day either playing in the water, walking, making discoveries in the tidepool or just sitting and loving the view. I highly recommend staying at this property!

Summer Vacation

We have been renting beach front properties in Cayucos every summer for the last 20 years. This is definitely the best property we have rented. The view is amazing, the house was very clean and the furniture was up to date and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The only problem with this house is we can’t stay here next year because it’s already rented for all of July.

Breathtaking Views!

We loved our stay here! The views are more breathtaking than any picture can capture. The house is not a new construction, but it was well constructed initially, has a nice spacious living area, and feels warm and inviting. Kristin, our contact during the stay, was the quickest to respond to any questions that I've ever experienced with a rental property. I'm grateful that we were able to leave our bicycles and surfboards in the courtyard while having brunch the morning we checked out!
