OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Winter Travel in Olympic Valley
Winter in Tahoe is beautiful, but weather conditions can change quickly during snow season. AWD or 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended, and chains may be required depending on current Caltrans road conditions. Please plan extra travel time during storms and drive carefully in mountain conditions.
Parking
The property includes parking for up to 4 vehicles in the flat driveway. Street parking is not permitted at any time, especially during winter months when snow removal and emergency access are essential.
Fireplace
Enjoy cozy mountain evenings by the fireplace after a day on the slopes or trails. Please follow all posted fireplace safety instructions.
Family Friendly
Families are always welcome — the home includes a pack-n-play, high chair, board games, and comfortable gathering spaces for relaxing nights together.
No Pets
Pets are not permitted at the property. Service animals are always welcome in accordance with applicable law. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee.
No Smoking
This is a strictly non-smoking property, including cigarettes, cigars, and vaping, helping preserve the fresh mountain air and comfort of the home.
Mountain Living
Depending on the season, guests may encounter snow removal activity, icy conditions, or local wildlife throughout the area — all part of the authentic Tahoe experience.
