Rules:
1) No loud noises after 10PM per city ordinance.
2) No Pets
3) You may be charged an additional cleaning fee depending on the state of the house and rooms after checkout.
4) No parties/events allowed.
5) No smoking allowed (of any kind) (up to $350 fine)
6) If you do not check out on time (11AM), unless requested late check out, you will be charged an additional night.
