Just beyond, the spacious sunroom invites you to relax with a book, gather for casual meals, or simply take in the peaceful natural surroundings. The dining area seats four, and the fully equipped kitchen offers ample counter space and everything needed to prepare fresh coastal favorites.

The primary bedroom offers a restful escape with a queen bed, a Smart TV, direct access to the sunroom, and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower. The guest bedroom also features a queen bed, Smart TV, and a comfortable chair for quiet moments. A nearby hall bathroom with a walk-in shower and an in-unit washer and dryer adds extra convenience for longer stays.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity access required to utilize the Lake House, and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Beach access is 3/4 of a mile away via Boardwalk #9

Pet Policy: ONE (1) small dog with a maximum weight of 35 lbs. is permitted. An additional pet fee of 250.00 applies per week.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
