Also, please keep your dog on a leash and pick up after them. Also, please do not allow your dog to relieve themself on our grounds - please take them for walks!

Please let us know in advance if your furry friend will be joining you on vacation and add your dogs to the reservation (2 maximum) so we can calculate the pet fee into your total.

We take great pride in accurately describing our home so you know what you will be renting. We realize that every group of guests has specific rental requirements, and what one group might love could pose a challenge for others.

This home is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac with year-round residents.

Our neighbors live here year-round, and your vacation is their everyday home. They like us, and we'd prefer to keep it that way!

We kindly ask that all guests respect quiet hours and help us preserve the calm, residential nature of our neighborhood.

We realize that we have a large home with a sweet backyard patio. You are welcome to have a few friends over, but please use your judgment.

Our home is not suitable for parties, large gatherings, or pre-event hosting.

We use and love this home throughout the year, and we are delighted to share it with respectful guests.

We ask that you treat the property with the same care and consideration you would your own home and leave everything in the same condition in which you found it.

Our Town of Provincetown occupancy permit allows a maximum of six (6) guests.

The downstairs office contains a daybed; however, it is not approved as a sleeping area under our license and may not be used for overnight occupancy.

If unauthorized sleeping arrangements are discovered or occupancy exceeds six (6) guests, an additional charge equal to 25% of the total rental amount or $2,500 (whichever is greater) will apply.
