Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Mitte der Stadt, nur wenige Schritte zum Strand sowie die Boatslip, Geschäfte, Restaurants und Nachtleben. Flyer ist direkt hinter dem Haus, wo man ein Boot mieten oder Kajak zu Ptown zu erkunden. Parkplatz für 1 Auto direkt auf Commercial St. Deck auf der Rückseite mit Blick auf Wasser. Eddie is an engaged owner who has designed a beautiful condo in a prime West End Location. It is only a half a block away from the Boatslip and a short walk to West End favorites including The Red Inn. Perfect for a group of 4 or 5 with two spacious main-floor bedrooms and one cozy “A-frame” shaped one (up a spiral staircase) ideal for a single occupant. Nice outdoor deck area overlooking a local boatyard (and the water beyond).

Great location, view, parking, and very comfortable.

I’ve been coming to Ptown for over fifty years with family and this is really a prime rental. The parking spot actually fits my full sized pickup and made it a lot more convenient for grocery shopping and trips to the beach. It was steps away from all the shopping and entertainment. The main deck was a really relaxing spot to watch the fog roll in one night. Mattresses are very comfy. The showers were luxurious with a lot of water pressure and plenty of hot water. Eddie, the owner is very responsive. I highly recommend.

An absolutely perfect ptown stay! Eddie’s place is gorgeous, clean, spacious, and conveniently located. My friends and I enjoyed spending time on the large patio before walking to our fave spots on and around commercial st. Eddie was also a very knowledgeable and gracious host, making a point to chat on the phone ahead of our trip to give our group the lay of the land which was so sweet of him! Will be back again and again!

Amazing Ptown Condo

The pictures do not do this spacious condo justice. Waking up to the ocean views out on the expansive back deck was a treat in addition to the updated kitchen and bathrooms. Within minutes walking to boatslip and restaurants made this a prime location for the cool fall weather. Eddie made the check in process super easy and communicated expectations well in advance. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property for your next ptown stay!

Ptown Perfection

This was my second stay at Eddie’s place, so I knew what to expect: beautiful home, great views, convenient location and peace/quiet. There’s a reason we keep coming back. We rented bikes for our 18 day stay (there’s a protected spot in front of the house to secure bikes) and never once used our car. Everything is within walking distance, so you don’t really need a car. Eddie is the best host I’ve ever dealt with. Welcoming, low-key, and there if you need him. Great experience all around!

Very charming place in great part of town

Some friends and I come to Provincetown every summer and we were so lucky to have found this property for our visit this year. It's right on Commercial Street but just as the quiet area begins, so you're still close to everything. The decor is great, beds are very comfortable, and the shower in the main path is fantastic. The property owner is very nice and accessible. He provided a lot of great tips for newcomers. I would definitely stay here again.

The 4 of us had a great time in Eddie’s place. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and centrally located. A very low maintenance experience, would rent again and recommend to any group looking to enjoy Provincetown.

Perfect Ptown Lodging

This is a fabulous property and our group had a wonderful experience staying here. It's in a slightly quieter area but very close to the center of town. The house was well equipped and comfortable and the host was incredibly responsive and well prepared with recommedations to make sure we had the best trip possible. Awesome place!

The pictures actually do not do this place justice. There is so much space to spread out and relax. Also everything in town is about a 5 minute walk. The outdoor space was beautiful too!

Ideal West End stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Eddie’s West End Ptown home. Lots of room for 3 of us and certainly could have had up to 6. Thoughtful touches like coffee pods ready to go, fireplace and soaps. I'm a frequent Ptown visitor since the 90’s and prefer this end of town, convenience to favorite restaurants like Joon (next door), Sals Place and Red Inn. I will definitely look to stay here again.
