This is a beautiful place! Amazing view, well stocked, super clean, seamless check-in. Wifi has improved vastly since my last stay in the building last year to where I could host all my live meetings with no drops or issues. The only minor issues include a hard master bed and the hot water runs out before your jetted tub is filled. Other than that, it is perfect!

Great condo, great beach

This condo exceeded expectations. The pictures don't do it justice. It is spacious and homey. The bedrooms are larger than the listing pictures seem and the master bath is huge. The pool is massive and was a huge hit with the kiddos. The walkout to the beach wasn't to long and the beach is nice and flat with a good shelf.

It was just what we needed. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The beach was beautiful and not crowded which was a plus. The only negative if you will is the gym was closed which was totally understandable. A suggestion would be to open it by appointment only.

ROACHES!! WORST COMMUNICATION EVER!

We LOVED our condo, the resort, access to everything was super easy and convenient. The condo was cleaned well before we arrived but not pristine like I had expected during COVID-19. Beware that the bedding was NOT washed or sanitized (only the sheets, like they usually do, however during the pandemic I expected more). Also, the door handles in the master bed and bath are broken, the doors close but don’t lock and they are hanging loose on the door. The absolute WORST THING EVER were the MASSIVE ROACHES! For the most part, they were on the balcony EVERY NIGHT— multiple ones that are HUGE! The first morning we woke up there was one in the kitchen but that was the only time we saw one inside the condo. You couldn’t even sit on the balcony at night without SEVERAL creeping their way around you, on the TENTH floor at that!!! Also, forget trying to contact anyone about any issues. It was pointless and you’ll literally spend HOURS, if not DAYS of your vacation just trying to report an issue or ask a question!

We apologize your stay had some setbacks. Staffing and hours were very limited at the beginning of the summer as we revamped our procedures to fit COVID-19 guidelines. We are now providing a local number for guests to use immediately if they are in need of assistance instead of being routed through Vacasa's main line. The master bedroom and bathroom locks have been verified as working and in place. The unit is quarterly sprayed for roaches, and currently there are none in the unit. The bedding gets washed periodically; however we keep fresh clean blankets in the closet. Thank you!

We loved the clean and spacious condo. The beach view was amazing, and the pool was large and convenient. The condo is conveniently located near nice restaurants and stores for needed items. We will definitely look forward to staying at the Admirals Quarters for a future trip.

This condo exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed! Amazing location with perfect views of the ocean. Host was very responsive and after mentioning how more towels would have been helpful, they sent someone with more towels which I should have asked for earlier in the week! Only issues were not having enough towels for 4 of us for a week, but loved having a washer and dryer in the condo. Thanks for the hospitality! We will be back.
