Dies ist bewacht, gated Hochhaus direkt an der Kreuzung von 161 und Perdido Beach Blvd, die Sie direkt im Herzen von all der Orange Beach Aufregung versetzt!

Einheit 1006 auf der 10. Etage. Diese drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer-Einheit verfügt über eine eigene voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner und privaten Golf vorderen Balkon.

Das Haupt-Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad. Es gibt auch Zugang zum Balkon von diesem Schlafzimmer. Schlafzimmer 2 verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett und Schlafzimmer 3 verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten. Es wird eine zusätzliche Vollbad für die Bequemlichkeit.

Diese Eigenschaft hat Parken bezahlt. Ein Parkausweis ist im Preisangebot enthalten. Die Immobilie wird bis zu zwei Autos pro Einheit ermöglichen. Wenn Sie die zweite Parkausweis informieren Sie uns bitte kaufen möchten.

Perfect!

It was the perfect stay for our short vaca weekend! The indoor pool was perfect for my little ones and the easy beach access was icing on the cake. The condo was clean and looked just like the pictures! We had a blast!

We enjoyed our stay at Summerchase condo. There were a few things that could be improved, but the place was super clean upon arrival and we would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Summerchase. The location was perfect! Everything we needed was close by yet there were not other condos or businesses crowding us. The beach was beautiful! The condo itself was nice, a couple of minor issues but were resolved quick with the management of Liquid life. A wonderful vacation was had by the whole family!

Stay here!

No contact check in and check out made it speedy and more relaxed when we arrived after dark. The condo itself was clean and could not hear other tenants during our stay. Central location in town and the beach was so great you didn't need to travel anywhere.

Would stay again in a heart beat.

The condo itself was just as advertised and met everyone one of our needs. Clean and well kept. The property (including the condo front door) could use some upkeep and although it has an amazing workout area only a few of the equipment actually works the rest were broken. Overall the location and the condo were amazing and we hope to stay here again.

Orange Beach Stay

Great location. Clean. Comfortable beds. Great security on site. Magical sunset views. Could use more towels and washcloths. We had to wash every night for the 6 of us. No hand towels or pot holders in kitchen.

Furniture needs to be replaced but overall nice condo

The condo had a lot of room but there were a few things that need attention. The couch and loveseat were very worn and sagging. They had dirt spots all over them and we did not sit on them once during our entire stay. The washer is really tiny and you could only wash 2 towels in it at a time. Being a 3 bedroom condo this would have been a problem if we had more people staying with us. The balcony had two really cheap chairs and a table that was tiny, rusted, and wobbly. Where would others sit if we had the amount of people this condo holds? Besides the cheap furnishings the condo was clean, in a great location, and was fine for spending the week on the beach.

Can you say Awesome?!!!

This property was amazing. Everything was as described! The property was clean. It had a fantastic view and easy access to the beach! The location of this property was within driving distance to all restaurants and activities! Gulf Shores is only a 10 minute drive away. We had stayed in Destin and Panama City Beach the last several years and this Orange Beach experience blew those places out of the water! Liquid Life was also easy to work with and very efficient and kind. This was just a great overall location and trip!

2019 Vacation

Loved the condo!, the view was spectacular. Enjoyed the pool and the kiddie pool, the hot tub was extremely too hot, couldn't stay but a minute. The condo was just as described. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Can't wait to come back next year and would Love to stay in same condo!! The patio could use more chairs and a larger table, we loved to eat outside and watch the waves during breakfast! Love the fact that Summerchase is off by itself, nothing on either side, not as many people!

Spring Break 2021

We had a great stay at Summerchase, it was a larger complex than we had been used to but we have two young girls that really enjoyed the pool options (indoor and outdoor) and easily accessible to the beach (simple boardwalk walkway) that we spent time on each day. We went for morning and evening walks easily, had access to beach chairs, and a beautiful view and nice interior layout for our number of guests. Also- kitchen was updated and nice and clean. We ate out most of the trip but it was nice to cook breakfast in before heading to the beach. Only thing I may add is that it is right next to the city beach so there is that crowd closer to the pier and that way but it was only busy there on the weekends during our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very nice and spacious. Updated in decor. Beautiful view. Only complaint was the floor was dirty. My husband wore his socks and they were black within 5 min or less. So I feel like the floor could be mopped better. We did have a bad storm, hail, high winds and heavy rain. Water came in around the doors and windows so had to use all the towels to clean it up. We were up so luckily it did not sit and was cleaned up immediately. I would stay again. 4.5/5
