We had a great viw of the beach and ocean. Saw dolphins from our balcony. Easy easy stay! We had a great vacation here!

The process of figuring out where to park took us a bit to figure out, but the host was awesome in responding to us. Highly recommend.

Was not aware there was going to be so much construction going on. The shower was not clean. Some of the pillows in the closet were dirty.The toilet brush was gross. Some of the dishes were put up dirty. I wash and put up except for one cup I could not get clean. The floors did not seem to be mopped. To sum it up. The condo was just half clean. The front door did not fit properly in the frame and at night when the window blew made a loud noise all night. The window in guest room did the same. We have stayed at regency isle 5 times. This was a disappointment. The Avari host I communicated with was absolutely amazing. I do not know her name.

We’re sorry, Olivia. A condo that feels only half-clean is not the standard we want for anyone, and the dirty shower, pillows, dishes, and floors should have been caught before you arrived. The noisy door and guest-room window also made for a poor night’s rest, and we understand how disappointing that must have been after five stays at Regency Isle. We’re glad the Avari host you spoke with was helpful, and we’ll share your feedback with our team. We also understand the construction came as a surprise; the listing notes scheduled building and balcony work during this period, but we’re sorry that wasn’t clear to you before your stay.

The property was in a great location, was clean and secure. The unit was clean and had most of what is needed in the kitchen, including a K-cup coffee maker, so bring some pods with you. The balcony is especially spacious and a wonderful place to start and end the day. The showers had great pressure and temp control. Overall, a great place to stay!

Great condo! Amazing views and easy up and down to the pool and beach. Close to a lot of activities. Would stay again! Loved the half bath too
