October beach stay

The condo is well stocked with all the kitchen items you could needed. It was very clean. The beds are comfortable with memory foam mattresses. And the views from the large, spacious balcony are outstanding.

We loved our stay at Regency Isle 411. The condo was perfect for our family. My kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings. The short walk to the beach was great too. We loved it being not too crowded and away from the “busy” part of OB but close enough that you could get places easy. The covered parking is a plus!

A great place to stay when you are looking for smaller crowds. We love staying here for that reason! We had a bit of a hic up checking in when the code didn't work, but it was resolved within 5 minutes and a new code was sent to us! Overall, a great location with great service! Unit was well stocked and we had a great annual girls trip. Balcony is huge with plenty of room for everyone!!

Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the condo overall, but we’re sorry to hear about the issue with the washer. We wish you had let us know during your stay that the washer was not spinning properly. Had we been made aware, we would have been happy to have our maintenance team inspect it and work to resolve the issue while you were here. We will certainly have our team check the washer now to ensure it is functioning properly for our future guests. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

We had a very relaxing stay. The property was just as described. The only extremely small comment I have is they could have more hangers in the closet. Yes very small item until you need them. The kitchen was very well stocked. The balcony very spacious. The interior furniture including mattresses were very comfortable!
