The house was beautiful! We had 6 adults and a 20 month old. It was perfect! Just a few things…a chair at the kitchen table was broke. The kitchen needs a larger trash can. And we had issues with ants! But we had a great trip! The air conditioner worked great provided it was so hot outside!

Unit was not clean. Broken furniture. Multiple issues with the home during the stay. Pots/pans need replaced I would have to rate our overall experience a 2 star but it won’t let me select it. We did enjoy our week in Gulf Shores but would definitely not rent this house again. The house was beyond dirty! First and foremost they need to hire new cleaners as they are not doing anything. There is no way the owner/prop manager has been to the rental to inspect it recently? If so then they know it’s terrible cleaning as the filth is not from a few recent renters. This is a long time problem.None of the toilets flush half the time and they clog. We had 1 decent plunger for 3 bathrooms on 2 different levels. The other plunger is split in 2 places making it useless. Broken furniture, 2 dining room chairs and the bench to the table) dirty bedding (stained and torn). The front door latch is stuck inside the door and won’t go into the strike plate on the door jamb so it won’t stay shut unless you lock the deadbolt. The back sliding glass door lock mechanism falls off-you can put it back in and lock the door but it falls out. The knob fell off in the downstairs bathroom (which the people did come fix). I have a before and after picture of the handrail going up the stairs showing how dirty it was until we cleaned it.The lights in the carport didn’t work or weren’t labeled.The latch on the gate at the top of the stairs outside is broken. The ants were terrible. Many more issues.
