This luxurious corner condo comes with travertine tile flooring in the living area and carpeting in the bedrooms.



The gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for the group. Granite countertops make cleanup easy. A wine cooler, wet bar and ice-maker are available for extra convenience, and there's lots of storage space for the essentials. An eat-in bar is the perfect spot for family members to sit and chat with whomever is the designated chef for the day!



The living area is spacious and offers plenty of seating. You'll love the big view of the Gulf as you relax.



With four bedrooms and 4.5 baths, there is plenty of private space to retire after a full day at the beach or exploring the area. Two bedrooms are outfitted with king-sized beds. A third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the fourth two sets of bunkbeds.

This property will have ongoing extensive construction beginning in September 2022, taking place over the next year. There will loud noises, limited parking, and periods of time where there will be no amenities and no deck access.
