The space
4 bedrooms with 8 beds (1 king, 1 king, 2 queens, 4 twins), 3 full-size bathrooms (2 with bathtubs), and spacious coastal kitchen-dining-living space where you can DIRECTLY see out to the sea!

The living area offers plenty of seating, a large wall-mounted flat screen HD TV 55in, and most importantly, your own covered beachfront balcony- large sliding glass doors giving way to the expansive Gulf front balcony bring the beach right inside, and you can go for a quick swim without needing to put on your shoes!!

Outdoor shower conveniently located by the stairs onto your balcony. Perfect for rinsing off the sand!

Guest access
Community hot tub, pool, and dock access are located ACROSS the street on the ole river-side. Depending on when, Perdido Key drive can be hard to cross- people do drive pretty fast on the road. Please be careful!


The main bedroom door to the balcony does NOT open. Please treat that as your picture window. You can access the balcony from your living room.

We kindly ask all guests to review and agree to our rules before booking. If we are unable to meet your needs, please book alternative accommodations. Thank you!

- Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of ANY substance on premise.

- Our HOA does not allow pets. Sorry!

- Sorry no grill available, and no portable grill use on balcony or boardwalk per fire Marshall. You can use a portable grill in the parking lot away from the building. :)

- We ask you to please keep noises to reasonable levels, especially after 10:00pm. We want everyone to have a peaceful experience.

- We ask that you close the balcony door if you have the AC running. Let's all do our part for the environment.

- Unfortunately, no early check ins (before 4pm) or late check outs (after 10am) at our cleaner's request. They do their best to give all of our guests the highest quality clean and that takes time. Thank you for the understanding.

- Please do take out any excessive trash and if you don't mind, run a final cycle of your dishes and toss some towels in washer before you check out. No other check out procedures necessary.

- Last but not least, this is a treasured family vacation spot for many, we want to continue to provide the best experience for everyone. So please, help us take care of this beautiful condo, and come back next year. :)
