Beach view was awesome. The condo was very clean and had everything stocked in the kitchen as far as dishes that was needed. Pool was cleaned every day. Beach access was great.

This condo was lacking in a few areas. Starting with the communication with the host- Avari, that started before we even arrived. I feel as if they didn’t listen… to anything I tried telling them. Parking- sent not once, but 3 times the wrong link so we could pay for our parking. Then after we arrived the wifi was not correct! MULTIPLE times they were told the information they were giving was not correct. This went on for HOURS… to which we were told we’d be compensated, here we are almost 2 weeks out- still haven’t seen that!! I explained over and over that my son had a test to take and we needed the wifi- that never happened- we instead had to connect to my personal hot spot on my phone. They went so far to send a technician out the next day- with the wrong information still. He apologized for coming out with the wrong information still, and had they just heard what I was saying, would’ve saved that man a trip. Fast forward to Hurricane Isaias being set to make landfall 2 days before we were to depart. We asked questions, made some statements trying to figure out what to do… no help!! We left 2 days early, after helping them out by bringing their patio stuff inside per their request!!! Also, absolutely no courtesy to us for leaving early- even after I purchased trip insurance. Such a joke! And- do NOT count on using the sofa bed!! Unfortunately, even IF everything was great- I will never stay with this team- Avari again! Consider yourself warned.

Condo was clean but once we arrived it was more out dated than the pictures appear. Host was very communicative and responded back quickly. The grounds property was great and family friendly. The beach and pool were easily accessible. Overall, a good stay and had a great vacation, and would stay here again.
