The Space:

This beachfront condo features a private, furnished balcony that's accessible via two separate sets of sliding glass doors. Additional features include a well-equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and comfortable dining area for meals or family game nights. Guests of Sunrise Beach will also enjoy plenty of amenities including an elevated, Gulf-front sundeck with two tropical pools (one seasonally heated), relaxing spas, a children's water play area, exercise room, meeting room, and convenient covered parking.



Just a little over four miles east is the Ripley's Believe it or Not museum and the Coconut Creek Family Fun Park. Shipwreck Island Water Park is only a couple miles away, while Gulf World is just a short half-mile down the road. Sunrise Beach is also located less than two miles from Pier Park, featuring an array of local shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, perfect for the entire family to enjoy.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We just spent a week over July 4th in PCB and this condo was amazing. Loved waking up to the beautiful view every morning. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again! #1608

We would definitely stay here again!

This was a spacious and beautiful unit. The balcony was amazing and we spent most of our time there, viewing all the marine life including sharks, rays, dolphins and even a manatee. My only complaint was the amount of dust, the cleaning was the only thing that had room for improvement.

Absolutely gorgeous

What a wonderful place to stay! Very convenient to the beach, pool, easy access to parking garage 4 different levels! Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella 🏖 Everything was so clean from the elevators to the stairwell to each outside hallway floor to the room was very very nice... I loved the condo we stayed in and ppl at the front desk were extremely helpful too!

We will be back!

We had such a good time here! My husband and I are very leery of hotels/condos because we are total germaphobes and want to find somewhere clean. Place was just like the pictures and super clean! The free beach chairs are also awesome! Close to pier park and all kinds of fun activities. We will be back!

Great location

This condo is located on the 16th floor with beautiful views as far as you can see! It was clean and had plenty of room for 8 people. The property has a parking garage that’s easy in and out. Two large outdoor pools located on the 5th floor with plenty of room to lay out and listen to the ocean waves. For those that want to be at the beach without “being” at the beach. You can lay out at the pool and see the views of the ocean. The only advice I have for anyone staying in this condo is to bring some extra blankets. There are no extras and the ones on the beds are definitely not thick enough. Luckily we had brought a couple.

Sunrise 1608

I have always stayed at this resort, it is convenient and I love the set up of parking and beach access. Usually from an individual and/or owner of the units. I rented this unit through VRBO thinking it was a homeowner or someone personal. However, after reserving I found out I was actually renting through Vacasa the rental agency at the resort. I prefer renting from individuals. The unit is in need a deep cleaning and was visually dirty. Dust on the furniture, floors were filthy and the babies feet turned black from walking on them. Trash under furniture that was not ours. Generally when renting through VRBO you are left with the minimal cleaning supplies not the case in this unit so we had to go buy them to clean up after cooking ect. -if you don't have cleaning supplies they could at least offer house keeping. We even had to ask for blankets because all that was in the unit was sheets on the beds. The beds are very uncomfortable and broken in both of the bigger rooms. My mom came down for the weekend and had a warm welcome, as soon as stepping onto the 16th floor we were met with about 10 cops and someone in handcuffs. We were also told we got free beach chair service with the rental when attempting to get the chairs the guy let us know quickly and rudely that chairs had not been paid for that unit and offered them to us for $45 a day which we did not take. We had thankfully brought our own chairs. I have always loved staying at Sunrise and always search for units in this resort however, I believe this will be our last time there. I gave 2 stars because the kids still enjoyed their time and parking is easy. Alyssa in the office is very sweet and tried her best to be helpful and resolve any issues.
