The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and everything you need to cook meals for family and friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating, a large flat screen television, doors leading to the unit's spacious private balcony, and pull-out sofa. The master bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen television, and its own private ensuite featuring a large garden tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and its own flat screen television. There is also an additional full bathroom. The bunk area, perfect for traveling with children, allows the unit to comfortably sleep 8. The unit has a washing machine and dryer.

Important Notes:
- Guests are required to pay a $25 Registration Fee directly to the resort. This is per reservation, not per guest. Parking for up to 2 vehicles is included. A link to register and secure parking pass(es) will be sent prior to arrival. 2 vehicles allowed max per stay (this includes motorcycles).
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Wristbands must be worn on-site. 8 will be in the unit upon arrival.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
