High Pointe 1312 This gorgeous third-floor condo overlooks the beautiful High Pointe landscape and lagoon-like pool with partial views of the Gulf. Pickleball courts and tennis courts are both on-site - a coveted and rare amenity in the area!



Inside, you'll love the recently updated furnishings, appliances, and fixtures throughout, as well as the Italian tile flooring in both bedrooms. Use the full kitchen to put some magic into tonight's homecooked meal - it's equipped with everything you need to impress your guests. Enjoy an evening cocktail with someone you love out on the large balcony.



Seacrest Beach is a local beachside community located on Scenic Hwy 30A, in close proximity to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Inlet Beach, and Watersound. Ever caught the fantastic waves at Santa Rosa Beach? Maybe it's time to hit up LD Surf Shop, just over five miles west, for souvenirs, gear, and boards. You can also find Austin Magee's Surf School eight miles away for rentals and lessons at reasonable prices. Maybe you'd like a little deep-sea fishing? No problem: 30-Angler, two miles away, will take you out to explore the Gulf's amazing limestone reefs and put you right in the middle of the area's best fishing waters.

Great Condo

Unit was very clean, location was perfect! Would stay there 10 times over again. The current Renovations in May 2025 are supposed to be completed by early June 2025, although these were pretty significant renovations with large equipment and scaffolding on the buildings these renovations really did not alter or bother our stay. everything worked out great!

Perfect Get Away

Perfect spot, perfect location for a mini romantic getaway! Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely consider staying here again. Bonus, the second bedroom has bunk beds and queen bed so a family of 5 could definitely stay here.

Nice space, great location and property.

We had a great stay. Great location. Grounds well kept. Pool and beach were wonderful. Gated resort with security, but it’s a very family friendly community so we never felt uncomfortable. Our condo included two chairs and umbrella which was set up daily for us. We will definitely stay at High Point again!

Perfect location and beautifully decorated!!!

We love High Pointe and go every summer. We have never been at Thanksgiving before but if plans work out we will be requesting this same unit. Although it was too cool to swim in the amazing pool we certainly enjoyed the hot tub. Was thrilled that Crabby Steve's was opened thru the Thanksgiving holiday.

High Pointe at Seacrest is my forever place to stay🏝!

The only thing I would like to see monitored re towels at the pool. I watched a man from east condo carry out a bundle of towels to save seats around the pool every day.

Fix WiFi and Mattress for 5 Stars

Lovely property, great location, very clean and beautifully decorated. However, the Wifi service is almost non-existent- don't depend on it!- and the master bedroom mattress needed to be replaced in 2010. Other than that, great place to stay!

Love High Pointe Community!

The condo was nice clean and spacious. The washing machine and dryer was nice to have everyday. Living room light bulbs were out on lamps and master king bed was very squeaky it was hard to sleep next to someone who toss and turns.

Loved the location close to the pool!!!...bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean!! Living area was big!! .kitchen appliances were not the best...stove only had 3 burners working and the other burners were very unstable...you had to close the refrigerator by hand to make sure it closed all the way.

Great location and amenities!

We LOVED the High Pointe property, pool was amazing and proximity to the beach was a huge plus. The condo itself was pretty good, it was just very obvious that this is not a property that is lived in year round. Lots of items in the kitchen (bowls/frying pans) but missing basics like baking sheet and whisk! We also had trouble connecting to Wi-Fi which was a pretty big annoyance which we were never able to address during Vacasa working hours, since our kids kept us busy during those hours! I still would go back to this property despite these small annoyances - can’t say enough about the location!

Beautiful views from this unit!

We were very pleasantly surprised with how nice our unit was at the High Pointe Condos. Being on the third floor and on the end meant we had great views overlooking the pool and a wonderful view of the gulf too. The unit is very comfortable and has clearly been updated. We virtually had no complaints except for a lack of a skillet (plenty of pots of all sizes so maybe someone took the skillet?). Also booking through Resort Quest meant we had 2 bikes and 2 chairs and an umbrella included which was a wonderful bonus. High Pointe is very well maintained and security had a strong presence which was a comfort during busy spring break. Awesome weather didn't hurt either!

Not the condo we booked

The photos on the listing were inaccurate and showed a completely different and more updated unit. Upon check in we had a different bed arrangement, less updated condo and it was dirty!! The location and access to the beach/pool was great but won’t be staying in this particular unit again. I hope I am offered some sort of refund for booking a completely different unit than advertised!

Vacasa provided unacceptable service

I have been staying with ResortQuest/Vacasa for many years. I have always been offered a discount for my repeat business. This time I wasn't offered anything. We arrived very late Wednesday night. We were not told what the "blue bands" were for so after walking to the beach we had to go back to get them to get onto the beach. We had 5 of us and was only provided 2 bands. We requested 3 more and never got them, The night guard was not going to let us back on property after dinner because we didn't have our bands with us (again not told we needed them for entry) and we had the gate code. She screamed at me and my children. The next day, our last guest was arriving who was African American. My daughter went to open the gate for him so his friends could drop him off and the day guard threatened to call the police because "he knew he was trespassing". I called management but nothing was done. I will not rent from Vacasa again.
