The Space:

Azure 220 is located on the second floor, offering wonderful peaks of the Gulf of Mexico from the capacious balcony. This three-bedroom, two-bath condominium accommodates up to ten guests comfortably, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in one guest bedroom, and two twin-size beds, along with one set of twin bunks, in the additional guest bedroom. You will fall in love with the welcoming, relaxing ambiance and tasteful décor throughout Azure 220. Upon entering, you will find both guest bedrooms, each with their own television and DVD player. The guest bath is attached to one of the guest bedrooms and is also accessible from the hall area. This bath offers a single vanity and shower/tub combination. A short distance down the hall is the master bedroom, also offering a flat-screen television and DVD player and leading into the spacious master bath. The master bath offers a double vanity, a garden tub, and large, walk-in shower. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the fully equipped kitchen, which leads into the dining area and living room. The kitchen boasts marble countertops along with all the equipment and amenities needed to cook your own meals at home. The living room includes a flat-screen television and DVD player and leads directly to the balcony. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom and offers plenty of seating for the whole family. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer combination for added comfort and convenience. This Gulf-front Mediterranean-style paradise offers an array of on-site amenities, perfect for appeasing every traveler.

We had a great time

Our room and the property were wonderful. Beach was great, we had fun at the pool. Close to everything we needed for our stay. We would recommend Azure and will plan to come back again soon.

Location and amenities were amazing

The proximity to the beach was great! The common pool area was large with enough shallow water for the kids along with a small splash pad for little ones. On the downside, the one time we needed management they had left hours early.

Everything was great!! The ice maker did not work but we didn’t need it. That would be it! We looked to rent in October but the rates are a lot higher. 😕

The condo was the right size for the four of us and looked nice although there were a few problems, the carpet had sand burs , parking is terrible, and for such a nice apartment the view is parking lot and public restrooms.

This is a great location but the construction from 8:20-5pm made it impossible to be inside the condo during those times due to the constant noise and obstructed all views of the beach with no balcony access and cramped living and dining room experiences as the furniture from the balcony was inside. This construction was made known as a possibility, but be beware of how much this will impact the stay. When the construction is completed, this will be a place we will look for when visiting Ft. Walton in the future as the condo layout was nice for our family and the access to Stewby’s and ice cream across the street along with the amazing pools and a washer and dryer will make this a great getaway. I do wish the condo had more extras as they had a Keurig machine but no pods, toilet paper was one-ply, slow-to-cool refrigerator, and there were few towels. Having the condo come with two beach chairs and an umbrella was a major plus.

Location

Condo is nice and plenty of beds. Could easily sleep 8. There is an ocean view, but it's right beside a public beach access The unit is not easily accessible. It's a little confusing getting to and from the parking garage and to the pool. Also the parking garage is a tight area for larger vehicles. They do not monitor the spaces labled "tall vehicles only" there seemed to be a small or compact car in those spaces at all times.

Really needs some TLC.

First, let me start out saying how beautiful the beach and water was during our stay. Location was perfect and the condo itself is a short walk to the beach. Having a set of beach chairs was nice as well. But... this specific condo really needs some TLC. The loveseat has a huge rip in the center top. You can literally see down into the inside of the loveseat. The carpets are very old and worn. More cookware would have been nice as well as storage bowls with lids. We had teens with us and tried to keep food in the frig for them to snack on but there were no bowls with lids. Having a side view of the beach is not really what we were used to but I knew that when I booked so can't complain there. Would I stay in this condo again? Yep, I sure would. Just wanted to be honest about the needed attention so they could get addressed.
