The Space:

*CONSTRUCTION NOTICE* Beginning April 2026, the tennis courts will be demolished and be remodeled into more parking. This project is estimated to take 8 weeks and during this time you will experience noise and notice workers and equipment onsite during working hours.



Step into this charming, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home! With Amazon-inspired décor, recently updated kitchen and bathrooms, and beautiful coastal views, Mainsail 134 is the perfect spot for your next beach getaway! It is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, a flat-screen television in the living room for your convenience and a spacious balcony. This unit has a King-size bed in the master bedroom and a Queen-size bed in the guest bedroom, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing it to sleep up to six guests comfortably. The kitchen area houses the washer and dryer combo is fully-equipped with appliances and dishes and includes a comfortable bar-top as well as views of the living area and balcony. The capacious balcony attaches to both the living room and master bedroom. Step out onto the balcony for incredible sunset views of the crystal-clear waters! Mainsail Resort is a gorgeous, 15-acre family resort located alongside an incredible stretch of beach on Scenic 98 in Miramar Beach, FL. It is only eight miles east of Destin. Enjoy a shopping day at the Silver Sands Outlet Mall or cruise on over to the many fine dining establishments and golf courses that are readily available in the area. On-site, enjoy the many amenities including the two pools (one heated), hot tub, kiddie pool, game room, and meeting facilities! Take advantage of the covered parking and courtesy patrol, as well as free DVD rentals. Enjoy free seasonal beach chair and umbrella services, between March and October.

Friends on vacation

Great condo and location. Very clean and well kept. View of the beach in very nice. Close to grocery and shopping. We arrived a litle early and wish we were abke to check im to change for the beach but still had to wait until 4:00. Other than that it was great trip and would stay here again.

Beautiful location

Cleaning crew did NOT do a good job. Dirty clothes from previous occupants in condo, patio had trash on it. Several issues in condo, no hot water in kitchen, broken front door, a broken appliance. It is a nice unit in a great place.

Great place to stay.

We like staying at Mainsail. It's very convenient to restaurants and shopping. We have stayed there before. There were some issues with this condo. They either need a new shower head in the front bath or better water pressure. The condo didn't seem to be as clean as our last one. Food crumbs between the cabinet tops and the stove. we only cooked one meal, that's when I noticed the crumbs. The master shower tub is either stained or needed to be scrubed. The beds all were comfortable, including the sofa bed.

Great stay

Negatives first. Condo was outdated and smelt musty. The lighting was very dim. No overhead light in bedrooms. Front bedroom blinds were broke and so the sun beamed in on you. Curtains will help. Mirrors in the living room were not my style but. Wash cloths were like sandpaper. Parking was very tough to find Positives. Very spacious. Great view. Access to beach was wonderful. Elevators were fast. Guard on site at all times. Beds were so so comfortable. Best I’ve slept on. Would stay again!!!

Beautiful property

The property is comfortably appointed and extremely clean, however, being awakened to the renovation below by a crew hammering where walls were being ripped down to the studs and sawing of what sounded like metal on metal ruined 3 days of our week’s stay there. We were very disappointed and exhausted from this. For 3 days we were rattled awake, could not rest, enjoy the balcony or have a phone conversation within the unit. The condo itself is very beautiful with great views. I have stayed at Mainsail for nearly 40 years. Out of the owner’s control, but I do not feel like this was a fair stay for us and there was no remedy for us offered upon contacting Resort Quest or the office.
