The Space:

Sip from a cold beverage as you gaze out onto the water - there's room inside and out on the private balcony. This condo has plenty of space for you to relax after your flight to beach paradise - put up your feet and relax in the central air conditioning! The open kitchen features a French-door refrigerator and full-size appliances to help you cook up tasty vacation meals. If you're just coming back from the beach, the private washer/dryer will take care of the towels. Guests can also enjoy access to the shared outdoor pool during their stay.

Comfortable unit. Advertised pool but was closed for season. Beautiful view of the lake! Close to beaches and restaurants.

Very clean and updated

The inside was very clean and updated with a beautiful view. The half bath is not really a half bath though it is just a sink, so keep that in mind if that is important to you.

The unit is very nice but it only has ONLY 1 BATHROOM and A SINGLE SINK NO TOILET IN THE CLOSET IN 1 OF THE BED ROOMS.

Small but nice

The property is difficult to find, especially in the dark. You will turn just before the light at Memorial Blvd and Miracle Strip. The sign for the property was after the light so we missed it twice! It looks a little less than desirable on the outside (parking lot needs to be repaved and building needs to be painted) but our unit 5D was very well kept on the inside, clean, nicely decorated. Don't let the outside fool you-the inside was small but great. You will need streaming service to watch TV. It is on the second story with no elevator (one flight of steps) and there is a little bit of grass around back for the dog if you bring one but a great dog park within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Great view with some things to work on.

We stayed here late May for a weekend getaway. When we got there our door code didn't work so we had to call vacasa, the managing property company. Waited on the phone for 20 minutes before someone answered and they changed the code and we got in. Then, we quickly realized the tvs weren't connected to the wifi. While trying to connect them we realized the wifi password didn't work and had to call and wait another 40 minutes to get that resolved. The TV in the living room only had apple apps and no ability to add other streaming apps. The apple TV apps didn't even work so that tv was completely unusable. The toilet didn't work correctly, we called about that but they never came to fix it or called us back to talk about it. The back door to go down the stairs to the backyard was deadbolted so you weren't able to go that way. The beds were loud when you moved around on them. At the end of the day the property itself is fine with a few fixes. The owner though may need to look into a different property manager as vacasa was not helpful at all.

We regret that you had an issue with the code and are glad that our team could assist. Additionally, we appreciate you reporting the problem with the WiFi so we could fix it but unfortunately, we can't control the apps that are on the TV. We apologize for the problem with the plumbing and that it wasn't resolved during your visit due to the need of a plumber's services. We are glad to report that this has been fixed and we thank you for your feedback. To clarify, the deadbolt does not prevent the back door from being used as there is a key hanging next to the door and we are sorry for any inconvenience. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future and provide an amazing vacation experience.

Nice, new, clean interior. Sketchy neighborhood, inaccurate listing.

The apartment itself was pleasant, cleaned, and seemed to be very recently refurbished. We enjoyed the view to the sound. This being said, we found a few major issues upon arrival. The required parking passes were nowhere to be found, and there were no linens for the pullout couch bed (my son slept between two spare blankets on a naked hideaway mattress the first night). But the biggest issue we had was that the promised half bathroom was literally no more than a sink in a closet of the second bedroom. No toilet, no locking door, no exaggeration. As a family of four adults, we booked this listing specifically because of the number of bathrooms, foolishly assuming that 1.5 baths meant two toilets (as is industry standard). After notifying management, they sent over linens and told us to write our own parking passes, but the woman I spoke to ultimately said the listing "wasn't her department," so renter beware. The water view is definitely good, peaceful, and the light in the unit is very airy and pleasant. However, regarding the neighborhood: there were ongoing evictions in this aging apartment complex. People sorting through dumpsters right outside our parking area for their belongings. The residential area right around the property was less than desirable. We did not feel safe walking with our elderly grandmother through the neighborhood to and from her facility.
