The Space:

Waters Edge 509 is a gorgeous three-bedroom, two-bath condo boasting panoramic gulf-front views of the famed crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the first guest bedroom, a twin-size bunk bed in the second guest bedroom, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, Waters Edge 509 accommodates up to eight guests comfortably. With new furnishings, all-new décor, fresh paint throughout and awesome balcony furniture to enjoy the stunning view, Waters Edge 509 on Okaloosa Island can easily become your favorite vacation go-to. Upon entering this 1,231 square-foot condo, you will find a guest bedroom on the right with a twin-size bunk bed with a flat-screen television, ideal for children or additional guests to relax and unwind in their own space. The guest bedroom on the left of the entrance includes a queen-size bed as well as a large flat-screen television and DVD player for endless entertainment. The guest bathroom is accessible from the hallway and offers a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. The short hallway leads to the fully-equipped kitchen on the right, featuring beautiful granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage space, along with all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite chef-inspired meals while on vacation. A washer and dryer combination is nestled off the kitchen, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The kitchen leads to a spacious dining area and living room.

LOVED this condo!

We absolutlely loved this condo - the location and the decorating were perfect. We've stayed in this buidling before and the property is so well maintained and taken care of by building management. Super clean and has everything you need for a great family vacation . Also love that there are 2 pools with one being heated. We cannot wait to book another trip for next year - hopefully in this same condo as the views of the ocean are fantastic!!

Great views and very clean!

Check in process was very easy. Vacasa stayed in constant contact with us with emails, texts and phone calls. They responded immediately to text messages during our stay. The view was amazing, condo was super clean, well appointed with things that were needed. This was a great family vacation. Thank you!

I wanted to share my incredibly positive experience at the condo. It was a great place to stay with an spectacular view of the beach. The condo was completely equipped, totally clean, and ready for use. The amenities were a definite plus, especially having a washer and dryer and a complete kitchen for cooking. As someone who cooks, I truly appreciated that everything I needed was included, and I only had to bring groceries. I was truly amazed and loved it! The easy access to the beach and pools was fantastic. I will definitely be back! Everything was outstanding, and I particularly enjoyed the DVD players and movies available. It was the best for an affordable price and a great location. Thank you so much! I recommend it 300%!

Absolutely Perfect

Our property was absolutely perfect! We loved staying just outside of Destin and away from all the traffic but yet super close to all the restaurants and attractions! We loved waking up every morning to drink our coffee on the patio and watch the dolphins go up and down the coast! It was so nice to literally walk out our back door and be on the beach! Having a full kitchen with washer / dryer was an added bonus! Having the complementary beach chairs and umbrella was another added bonus! Being able to constantly see the beach from the master bedroom and living room was breathtaking! We had the best most relaxing week on Okaloosa Island!

Clean, spacious condo in beautiful location

We visited in late September. The entire property is clean and well kept. The condo is spacious, perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). There are plenty of bathroom towels, and the kitchen stocked with all necessary cooking supplies. The deck is large with a table for four. The unobstructed view from the 5th floor is amazing, and the beach + pool are steps away from the elevator. A few things that could make it closer to perfect: a broom/dustpan in the room for sand collection, an extra garbage bag in each container, dvd's to borrow at the front desk.

Very nice!!!

The furniture could use some updating in living room and new carpet in bedrooms. You need to bring your own beach towels if there are more than 4 people staying there. You won’t have enough towels for beach/pool and showers without doing laundry in between if you have more than four people. We had 4 adults and 2 little ones and there wasn’t enough. Dryer take forever to dry as well. Location is excellent and facility is very well kept and clean! Unit is very clean besides just old carpet in bedrooms.

Easy, no frills condo option - good for groups or families

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. We had a group of 6 adults and had enough room for everyone. The ocean views were beautiful. The pool was great and there was very easy access to the beach. The beach service was a nice touch as well. Communication pre-arrival was lacking. I had several questions about towels, chairs, the beach service process, and early check in - all of which went unanswered in the app. Attention to the small details would have helped take my rating of this condo/property from good to great. The main living room TV and the on site ice machine was not working throughout our stay. The unit also lacked some basics that we expected to be there such as salt & pepper, beach towels, and coffee filters. We flew down so these were items we were not able to bring with us causing us to make an additional grocery run.
