I Tre Grifoni are part of a historic 16th-century residence. For this reason, although they are in excellent aesthetic condition thanks to a careful restoration, they retain the authentic character and charm of a period building, which differs from that of a modern property.

You may encounter small imperfections: it is precisely these, together with their beauty, that made us fall in love with I Tre Grifoni, inspiring us to purchase, restore, and share them with guests who we are sure will appreciate and love them as much as we do during their stay.

Tre Grifoni is a historic home that we personally care for with great attention. Many of the furnishings, books, and objects are part of our personal collection, and we kindly ask guests to treat them with the same care as they would their own home.

A €500 refundable damage deposit is required. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, once the property has been inspected. Guests are kindly asked to promptly report any accidental damage during their stay so that we can address it together in the best possible way.
