Pets
We welcome one pet per stay for $100 fee. Please add them to the booking. Emotional Support Animals are also included and should be added to the booking for $150 fee per pet. Please keep pets on a leash outside at all times. The property is not fully fenced. We also have cats and chickens on property. You are responsible for picking up poop and any damage. Please do not leave your pet unattended in the bungalow.

Access
The house is self check-in with keypad access.

Laundry
There is a washer & dryer in the closet in the kitchen in the main house.

Casa Madeore / Palm Cottage Cancellation Policy
• Our cancellation policy is moderate which means you will get a full refund up to 5 days before check-in. On Airbnb we also have a non-refundable option.

For the non refundable price, you will get a discount of 10% off your booking but the payment is non-refundable no matter the circumstances.

We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance.

Last minute cancellation requests due to extreme weather:

* We will consider refunds or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis if there is a National State of Emergency issued for the State of Florida, or other major weather event such as a named Tropical Storm or Cyclone warning.

* Airbnb does have a Major Disruptive Events policy for national events, outages, natural disasters and government mandated travel restrictions.
Check out details: Please do the dishes and put linens in a pile. Take out trash. Trash cans are at the back fence of the property. Thank you!

Pets: We love furry friends and are happy to host them. The pet fee is $150 per pet.

Your dog needs to be on a leash at all times. You may see chickens and cats on the property. Please crate when not present in the house. Thank you!
