Living space
This beautifully preserved 1888 home blends timeless character with everyday comfort. The living room offers a comfortable leather sectional, a TV with Hulu, and charming features like a crystal chandelier. A reading nook with built-in bookshelves provides a quiet corner to relax, while a dedicated workspace with Wifi makes it easy to stay connected when needed.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is designed for shared meals and easy mornings, with a full setup that allows you to cook and dine in at your own pace. A dining table and generous prep space create a natural gathering spot for everything from breakfast to evening meals.

Sleeping arrangements
With three bedrooms and three beds, the home comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Each room includes bed linens, extra pillows, and practical storage, offering a restful place to recharge. Two bathrooms are equipped with bathroom essentials and a bathtub.

Outdoor living
Step into the private backyard garden, where greenery and fresh air create a peaceful retreat. The covered front porch adds another inviting space to relax, whether you’re starting your morning or winding down in the evening.

Comfort & convenience
Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable year-round. A washer and dryer are available for added convenience, along with an iron and other essentials. Self check-in is simple with a keypad, and the private entrance allows for easy arrival and departure.

Set in the historic district, the home is just a short walk from downtown St. Augustine, Flagler College, and a variety of local restaurants, shops, and landmarks. Off-street parking for two vehicles makes it easy to come and go as you explore the area.

Additional details
The home is pet-friendly, allowing up to two dogs with pre-approval and applicable pet fees. Long-term stays are also welcome, making it a comfortable option for extended visits or remote work stays.

-Garage is not included with rental of the house.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed & weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along w/ additional pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
