Long weekend getaway

Great property! 1 block from the bay, 5 blocks from the beach! Our family just loved it! Plenty of room and beds for everyone!

The location was great. Very close to the beach and bay. Lots of room for everyone. The kitchens could use updated kitchen wear. There was not much kitchen wear which made it challenging a bit. The outdoor lights in the backyard did not work. Great location but could use some updates and could be a little cleaner.

Great space inside and out for a large group. We used one living room as a bedroom and the other had plenty of room for us all to hang out. We enjoyed both outdoor areas too and the beach equipment. We had some issues with linen on check in and staff responded quickly to our phone call. We had resolution quickly that did not interrupt our plans!! Thanks for sharing this space for some wonderful memories!

Big groups can be tricky, so it's great that the space and beach gear worked out so well for you all! House was two sections, basically mirrored with full kitchens, living rooms, outdoor social spaces, etc. since we had 9, opened up both which was great(!), because the kids could hang in one half while the adults in the other. Outdoor social spaces were fantastic, with plenty of propane for the fire tables and grills. As advertised, great amenities. Felt safe, and of course, location location. It is a hundred yards from Mission Bay, and maybe 5-6 blocks to the beach, so the provided cart was handy. We’re already talking about rebooking this property!

Loved the close location to the water. Property was very accommodating with plenty of parking, great outdoor spaces, kitchen was well stocked and greatly appreciated the beach equipment ie. chairs, towels, sand toys and even a wagon to tote all to the beach.

Bay or Beach nearby

Great location for our family stay. Nice to have parking available, as well as plenty of space for everyone. Nice walks along the bay and the beach. If you plan to use the couches to sleep on - you will need to ask for additional bed linens, or bring your own. Hope to return

The house was very clean and all items/furniture in house were nice/comfortable. The two outdoor areas were perfect for playing games, relaxing, and hanging out with family. They had many outdoor games that were in great shape. We enjoyed the corn hole immensely. The bay beach and boardwalk was right across the street. The Ocean beach and boardwalk were only a couple blocks away. Ralph’s grocery store was within walking distance. It was the perfect location. We loved it and can’t wait to come back.

We had a great time at this home in Pacific Beach. The location was convenient and the parking was ample. There was plenty of space so that we never felt like we were on top of each other. My only recommendation would be to add a foldable room screen for the 4th sleeping area allowing for dressing and bathroom privacy.

The location is great, close to the bay, beaches and restaurants. The property is spacious and clean, plenty of parking and outdoor lounges, the kitchens and bathrooms look recently renovated. The family room in the back of the house is large enough to accommodate a big family gathering. The one critique: the 3rd bedroom has no privacy as it is located in a thru way between the front and back of the house.
