We invite you to enjoy true coastal living in this beautiful, single family beach home in Pacific Beach! Encompassing three levels, this home has spectacular outdoor areas to take your breath away. With sliding doors expanding from living room to patio space, enjoy the fresh ocean breeze cozied up on the sofa as you start your mornings. Its just a short walk to the Beach to enjoy sand in your toes and salt in your hair as you kick back and relax in full vacation mode. You'll want to cook up dinner at home in the spacious kitchen, complete with high-end appliances and modern finishings. You can decide if you'd like to eat indoors or outdoors, or on the patio or roof deck, the options are endless and you can't go wrong. This home has all you need to create a vacation to remember with memories you won't forget.

Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Get ready for a classic boardwalk experience; over five miles of waterfront promenade will allow you uncover unique shops and restaurants while taking in Belmont Park â an amusement park with historic rides like 1925's Giant Dipper Roller Coaster as well as other attractions such rock-climbing walls and bumper cars. Plus, Pacific Beach provides easy access to Sea World (just minutes away), The San Diego Zoo & Balboa Park (15-20 mins.), SAN airport, downtown - making it the ideal spot for exploring bustling city life!

This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
