The location was PHENOMENAL and the management company was very responsive. My only issue is that the house is showing its age and the AC is very old and completely failed on night one, by night 2, they had sent someone to look at it, and eventually brought us some fans and a small ac unit for one of the rooms to use.Not the end of the world, but definitely not what you want on family vacation in the middle of July!

Thank you for your review and for your kind words about our phenomenal location and responsive management team! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort the AC issue caused your family during your July stay. While we appreciate your patience while our team set up temporary cooling units, we want to assure you that the main air conditioning system was fully repaired and restored to proper working order during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for an even smoother experience in the future!

My family had a great time at this vacation rental. The location is excellent if you want to go to the beach (less than a minute away!) or walk to the restaurants, bars, and shops in Pacific Beach or Mission Beach. The house perfectly accommodated our group of 4 adults and 2 kids, and the garage fit our Honda Pilot, so we didn’t have to deal with trying to find parking nearby. Overall, we felt this property provided a lot of value and we’d recommend it to other families for sure.

Thanks so much! We’re glad your family had such a fun stay and that the location worked out perfectly for enjoying both the beach and the nearby restaurants and shops. Happy to hear the home was comfortable for your group and that the garage fit your Honda Pilot too — parking in the area can definitely be a challenge at times. We really appreciate the recommendation and would love to host you and your family again anytime!

The location in the house was nice. Parking was great steps from the beach and boardwalk, which was amazing. The only negative to the property was finding a gathering space for a large group with three separate floors, it was tough.

Well stocked and fun location.

It was refreshing to find plenty of TP, coffee and coffee filters, and soaps for the kitchen. This was a super fun location right down from the beach, restaurants, and night life.

Amazing Property

House was great!!! The garage fit our Dodge Journey, larger SUVs may have issues. The kithen could use some more things like a cookie sheet if you plan to grill. I would stay here again as the location was awesome. Property team was very responsive.

Great location!

Great location. Lots of beach equipment. Initial communication with management company was great, but did not receive check in information due to holiday weekend. So check in process was difficult. Otherwise, really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed.
