The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and features a spacious, thoughtfully designed layout with multiple living and sleeping areas.

On the main level, you’ll find a bright and welcoming living room perfect for relaxing, a farmhouse-style dining area ideal for shared meals, a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a full bathroom that also serves as a guest bath.

Upstairs, the primary king suite offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to a private en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Just outside the primary suite is a cozy loft sitting area, along with an open sleeping nook with a queen bed, perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements.

The home’s screened lanai and oversized heated pool are the heart of Sunset Cabana—perfect for swimming, lounging, grilling, and soaking up the Florida sunshine from morning through evening. Whether you’re gathering with family or enjoying quiet poolside relaxation, this outdoor space is designed for comfort and fun.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, including all indoor living spaces, the screened lanai, and the private oversized heated pool. Self-check-in is provided for convenience. We respect our guests’ privacy but are always nearby and available should you need assistance during your stay.

The health, safety, and comfort of our guests are very important to us. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every check-out.

House Rules:
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and we ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum at all times. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
