The Space:

Inside, the space feels like a true home base: a comfortable living room with a large TV, plus TVs in each bedroom so everyone can unwind on their own schedule. The two-bedroom setup features a king bed and a queen bed, offering premium comfort and flexibility for roommates, families, or traveling professionals. The kitchen is designed for real living, with granite countertops and a fully stocked setup for cooking at home. And if you're working remotely or studying, you'll love the dedicated workspace with an office desk and monitor.



Guest Access:

You'll have private access to your townhouse unit, including a private entrance from the parking lot and the street. The entrance is step-free, ensuring easy access. Inside, you'll have access to two private bedrooms, each bedroom has its own full bathroom, and a living room, a half bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy amenities like air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and free parking (for the first car) on the premises.



The Neighborhood:

Downtown/campus-adjacent Gainesville location just off University Ave. The property is walkable to UF and close to cafes, restaurants, and nightlife. The area blends residential side streets with an urban feel, plus strong bikeability. Quick drive/bike to UF Health Shands (<2 miles). Expect more activity/traffic on UF event weekends; otherwise convenient and easy for daily living. Ideal for travel nurses, visiting faculty, and traveling professionals.



Getting Around:

This is a very walkable location for Gainesville. You'll also have easy access to your car right outside the parking lot door.
