Peaceful Vibes was a great home for launching our many Florida and Gainesville adventures. And when we came home bushed, we knew we could look forward to a comfortable place to recuperate and reminisce.We found Lisa and Jarred to be very communicative hosts and attentive to our needs.Nice pots and knives made cooking meals a pleasure. We appreciated the ample storage since we had a lengthy stay.Booking, communication, check in and check out were a breeze.We hope future renters enjoy their stay, too.

Perfect Stay for Graduation!

Lisa and Jarred’s VRBO saved us after our prior VRBO plans fell through. They graciously accepted our last minute reservation. This is the Perfect spot for attending UF Graduation—just minutes from campus, restaurants, and grocery stores. The house had so much character, and we loved making pancakes in the cozy kitchen. Would absolutely stay again!

We have stayed in and around UF for years. The location of the property made it so quick and easy to get to and from campus on a game day. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We loved being able to have our furbaby with us. The communication with Lisa and Jarred was excellent. They were very responsive and attentive. We hope to stay again.

Great place!

Good value, location, and comfort. If you ever need to go to Gainesville, this “vintage” home is a really good alternative to hotel. And our property manager , Jarred, was a wonderful host.

Excellent location very roomy!

Location is perfect for easy access to the springs and downtown Gainesville. We had 2 Couples and 3 kids and had plenty of room. The living room is very spacious and a great place to gather at the end of the day and relax!

I fell in love with the exposed beam ceilings and all of the incredible mid-century charm that this property has to offer. On top of that, it's centrally located for all of the major Gainesville spots (UF, Shands, Dowtown, etc.). Lastly, the icing on the cake is that it's walking distance to a wonderful local coffee shop called Coffee Culture.
