Taking a half-mile driveway, you will find an oasis surrounded by three sides of water, with a private pool, commercial-grade outdoor kitchen, a small fishing pier, and a 245’ pier (Currently not usable). Pine Cove on the Severn is a secluded private retreat situated on over 13 acres with water views in every direction. This is a single-level home, with no stilts, no massive sets of stairs. Pine Cove is a small retreat appointed with antiques and historic charm near Eagle Point Plantation and Warner Hall. There is a beautiful screened pool within a large patio that features a commercial-grade outdoor kitchen. An outdoor fire pit, picnic table, fish cleaning station, and three Kayaks for guest use. There are three bedrooms, a well-appointed master bedroom with a queen bed, and an adjoining master bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms: bedroom 1 with a double bed and bedroom 2 with a twin-over-twin-bunk bed. A second full bath is located across the hall from the full-sized washer and dryer.

The pool and lanai area is over 2,000 square feet with outdoor dining, loungers, rockers, and seating areas. The pool is heated for an additional optional charge of $350/week or $50/day.
