Entspannen Sie in diesem fabelhaften Cottage am Wasser, Puerto Del Sol, mit Panoramablick auf den North River und die Mobjack Bay.

Am Morgen können Sie bei einer Tasse Kaffee die Aktivitäten der örtlichen Wassermänner beobachten, die bequem von Ihrer Veranda aus ihre Krabbentöpfe ziehen.

An Ihrem privaten Pier können Sie täglich schwimmen, Krabben und angeln. Hier können Sie auch Ihren Jetski oder Ihr kleines Boot befestigen. Wenn Sie nicht gerade in der Bucht schwimmen, steht Ihnen immer Ihr privater Pool zur Verfügung.

Am frühen Abend können Sie die spektakulären Sonnenuntergänge von der Veranda, der Leinwand oder dem Pier aus genießen. Während die Aussicht auf Puerto Del Sol atemberaubend ist, ist das Innere warm und komfortabel. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und verfügt über ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten, einen Kamin, einen TV und einen VCR / DVD-Kombinationsplayer. Es gibt auch einen Wintergarten auf der Rückseite des Hauses für zusätzlichen Wohnraum mit einem anderen Fernseher. Es gibt eine Hauptschlafzimmer-Suite im ersten Stock mit eigenem Bad, einem Queensize-Bett und einem Fernseher. Die zusätzlichen zwei Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss, eines mit einem Queensize-Bett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten. Diese Zimmer teilen sich ein Vollbad. Bringen Sie Ihre eigene Bettwäsche mit.

Es gibt drei Bereiche, in denen Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten genießen können. Der Essbereich ist mit einem antiken Kiefernholz-Tisch ausgestattet, die Veranda mit Glasplatte hat einen schmiedeeisernen Tisch und der Poolbereich hat einen zusätzlichen Tisch mit Sonnenschirm.

Wir bieten alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigen, einschließlich einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, Spielen, Rätseln und Büchern.

Check-in was easy and the house beautiful! The men and my 16 year old granddaughter loved the fishing and crabbing from the pier. We had fresh crabs daily.We were disappointed that our weather was chilly and wet the majority of the week so, we only used the pool once.Patti was excellent, she was very responsive and always helpful.

We had a wonderful vacation with our 3 young kids. Crabbing, fishing, kayaking, pool, plus tons of games and puzzles inside. The days weren't long enough! The home is well kept and the views are beautiful. We saw sting rays, turtles, and lots of crabs! Would love to come back.

We had a fantastic time! The house was charming, well-maintained and more spacious than I thought it would be. We split our time between the pool, the dock and the screened-in back porch. The setting was lovely and quiet and exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen had everything we needed - we appreciated the spices and the Brita pitcher! They even had a crockpot, a blender, a juicer and a food processor - great things if you're going to cook at the house. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect Peaceful Getaway on the North River

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay at this beautiful North River cottage. The setting is peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet still conveniently located. This house was a perfect get away for our family! Sunsets were beautiful. The location was a little out of town which allowed us to relax but was only an hour away from Williamsburg and Bush Gardens. The near by towns had lots of really good restaurants. We also enjoyed trying our had catching and cooking the blue crabs. We would recommend this house!

Lovely stay!

Our family of 4 and our 2 friends absolutely loved the house! We spent each day in the pool, fishing, kayaking, hanging out in the screened in porch, and relaxing in the room overlooking the water. I the location was great, easy drive to Mathew’s for groceries, ice cream, and dinner. Great communication with the host, easy check-in and home was just as the pictures show. What a week in Virginia!

What a week in Virginia, My family of 6 stayed at your house and had the most wonderful time. The house was very warm and inviting. We could not have asked for a better place to get away from our busy lives in NYC. The pool was enjoyed by everyone every day, especially by my two younger ones. We enjoyed the wonderful river with a dock that allowed us to fish, kayak & crab. Thank you for providing the crab cages. What a wonderful gift. We ate blue crab every night and a few fish. We would highly recommend this house if one is seeking a place with everything one needs for a time of enjoyable solitude from the hustle of life. Thank you again for the wonderful accommodations. Perfect Stay

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful home! My husband andI brought my parents and our son and nephew, so a total of 6 of us and 3 generations. The house was just as it was listed and fit us all perfectly. We spent almost every waking hour on the dock or in the screened porch. The view was so incredible. We were so lucky to be there over the most perfect crisp and sunny fall weekend. The pool was too cold but we knew that may be the case and still appreciated that Patti left it open for us. The kitchen was so well stocked. We only left one day to take a drive around and visit "town.". Otherwise we just relaxed, fished, crabbed, read, played cards, grilled and enjoyed some family time. Thank you Patti and Glenn for opening your home up and being so easy to reach. We only had a few questions, but we heard back each time almost immediately! I would highly recommend this home and these lovely owners. Thank you and we hope to be back!!

Beautiful Sunsets

We had a nice vacation at this house. The pier was our favorite spot and we caught a lot of fish including a small shark! The pool was nice, but around 20 small crabs would get in there every night so we would spend a lot of time catching them before we could swim. We loved the little town of Matthews and ate their often.

Lovely place for a long weekend!

This place was clean with a well - stocked kitchen (appliances). We did a lot of cooking and relaxing and being on the lake was just absolutely beautiful. My mom said she hadn't felt so relaxed or slept so well in a long time. It was a trip to spend with my parents so I'm super happy they also enjoyed it so much! Lots of nature trails close by and also not too far from town whenever we needed supplies.

A Little Piece of Heaven

We absolutely loved this rental and hope to rent it again. The photos don't do it justice. The river is peaceful and the sunsets are spectacular. The pool is perfect to take a dip in after soaking up rays on the water while fishing for crab. If you are looking for quiet, views, water and a beautiful home, this is the place to go.
