With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and room for up to 8 guests, it’s the perfect home base for families. The large backyard sets the scene for lawn games, cookouts, and s’mores by the wood-burning fire pit. Inside, guests will find everything needed for a carefree vacation—bikes for exploring, beach gear for a day on the sand, board games for cozy nights, and WiFi to stay connected. Driveway space is ample, making it easy to bring everyone along.



Inside, you’ll find bright, comfortable gathering spaces anchored by a living room with a 65-inch smart TV and a wet bar. The well-equipped kitchen, complete with a center island, is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners, with a double oven and plenty of prep space to make cooking a breeze. The layout is practical for groups, offering a first-floor bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed and two twin beds. On the second floor, you will also find a half bath with a stacked washer and dryer, and an additional full bathroom for added convenience. ***We permit guests to bring one low-impact DOG*** - TENANT must reach out to Nauset Rental with dog details for approval either before making reservation or within 48 hours of submitting online reservation. No other types of pets (cats, ferrets, etc.) are permitted. We will need to know the following information:



*Is he/she at least 1 year old?

*What breed is the dog and how many pounds?

*Any shedding? 

*Any issues with accidents - urination or throwing up? 

*Any issues with chewing furnishings? 

*Barking while unattended or while attended? 

*Does your dog receive flea and tick preventative?

*Are you confident you can leave the property with no sign of your dog when you check out?

*Do you accept full responsibility for the behavior and impact of dogs in your group during your stay?
