Newly built home, app 2900 sq feet,
The 1st floor includes a master bedroom with private bath with tub/shower, king size bed, desk with computer monitor. This floor also includes a living room with a queen size pull out sofa. The room has French doors leading to the entry foyer and pocket doors leading to the dining area. Both doors can be closed offer so the room becomes private or opened to enhance the open feel of the house. The yard side of the 1st floor is an open floor plan that includes a dinning area 12ft kitchen island and modern appliances. The dining area can seat 6 people (expandable to 8 people if a few folding chairs are used). The Island includes seating for five people. The kitchen sits between the dining area and a sitting area. The sitting area has a smart TV. The 1st floor also includes a bath with shower and laundry facilities.
The 2nd floor which is open to the entrance way below includes a family room in the center. This family room includes a 55in TV and provides an open and friendly atmosphere to watch TV, read or enjoy each others company. A 2nd bedroom includes a full size bed and a bunk bed suitable for two children. This room is located on one side of the Family Room. The bunk beds are full twin size but the frame is low profile to accommodate the cape style roof line. A third bath serves this bedroom. The entrance to the Master Suite is located on the other side of the Family Room. The 300sqft+ suite includes a king size bed, a futon that can be folded out to sleep two people as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a retro-refrigerator, a retro microwave as well as a sink and toaster oven. It does not include a stove. The suite also includes a full private bath and 40in Smart TV.
The house includes an attached 2 car garage. Above the garage is a great room that includes a desk and computer monitor. The house is located .6 miles from family friendly Ridgevale beach.

NOTE: For security, this house includes a Ring doorbell on the front door and a Ring floodlight over the back patio. The flood light can be easily disabled by the occupant.

Lovely Family Stay

Great location to Ridgevale Beach which is where we want to be. We come every year to visit friends and this has been our favorite rental by far. It was very clean. It was spacious for our family and within close proximity to our friends. We loved it and Don was a great host calling me before check in.

Perfect vacation stay!

The house is amazing. No detail was overlooked. The beds were comfortable. The house was well laid out to have some quiet time when needed but also to gather as a group when we wanted to all be together. From cooking dinner together in the well appointed kitchen to watching a movie together in the very comfy upstairs family room or gathering on the spacious patio, we THOROUGHLY enjoyed our time here. Everything we needed was available in the house and the grocery store was close by for shopping. Ridgevale Beach (0.6 miles away) is family friendly and offers nice sunsets. All that Chatham has to offer is close by. The rest of the Cape easily accessible from here. We had one minor issue which the home owner IMMEDIATELY addressed to our total satisfaction. We’re already considering booking next years’ trip and staying here. Thanks for a great home and a great trip Don.

Fabulous Home!

We had a wonderful week at Don’s house! The house is brand new and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing beach vacation, especially the outdoor shower!! It is also in a great neighborhood with walking distance to the beach and the rail trail. We were fortunate to have met Don and he gave us a special tour of the current upstairs renovations. The house is perfect now, but when that section is finished, it will be top notch for a larger party. We can’t wait to rent in the future! We highly recommend this home. Don could not have been more accommodating.
