The Space:

La Casa de la Playa consists of three units which all share the same pool and a very large backyard outdoor space. Meet new friends or enjoy the privacy of your unit and the convenience to the beach.



Unit 2 has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen for the nights you want a home-cooked meal or a big family breakfast.



Bedroom Configuration:

*Master Bedroom: King Bed, En-suite bathroom, Door that opens to back patio/pool

*Bedroom 2: (2) Double Beds, (1) Trundle bed

Guest Access:

Unit 2 is accessed through the gate on the South side of the property, into its private screened porch and through the front door with keypad entry. You will receive a code prior to check-in. The Master Bedroom has a door that opens to the pool, patio & BBQ.

Located in Dolphin Isles, a quiet residential neighborhood on the barrier island, in short distance from:

- Fort Lauderdale Beach (0.2 mi)

- Publix (0.5 mi)

- Galleria Mall (2.2 mi) with restaurants and bars

- George English Park (2.5 mi) with 8 pickleball courts, tennis center, children’s playground, kayak and paddle board rentals.

- Birch State Park and Bonnet House (1.5 mi) with walking trails, beach access, historical experience, bike rentals, kayak rentals, restaurant/bar, water taxi

- Las Olas Blvd (4 mi) Shopping, water taxi, restaurants and bars

- Fort Lauderdale International Airport (8.5 mi)



Other Things to Note:

-You must be 25 years old to book this unit

-This is a property consisting of three units.

-The backyard/grill/pool is a shared space with guests of the other two units.

-Washer and dryer are located in a shed by the pool.

-Your apartment is completely private and exclusive to you.

-No parties

-No pets unless previously discussed

-No smoking anywhere on the property

-No unregistered guests on the property

-Exterior cameras are located at the main entrance facing the parking lot and side gate entrance as well as the pool. This is to ensure the safety of our guests and property. NO CAMERAS ARE LOCATED IN YOUR UNIT OR FACING INTO YOUR UNIT.

-Our pool usually heats to about 20 degrees above the ambient temperature, with a maximum of 85 degrees.
