Welcome to Little Bear Den #3-Please read before booking to ensure this compact suite is the right fit for your stay.

Little Bear Den #3 is a cozy, thoughtfully designed 310 sq. ft. 1 bedroom suite nestled in a quiet neighbourhood and just minutes from everything Ucluelet has to offer. It is ideal for a solo traveler or couples (1–2 adults) looking for a clean, comfortable home base while spending their days exploring the beaches, trails, and local attractions.
****This suite is best suited for 1–2 guests*****Maximum occupancy is 3 guests; however, the suite is designed and most comfortable for 1–2 adults. While it can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child or teenager, we do not recommend booking for 3 adults. When the pull-out sofa is in use, the living area becomes very limited, furniture must be rearranged, and there is minimal space to move around or store luggage. Please do not book this suite for three adults.

Please be aware that some noise transfer can occur between units, as the accommodations are located side by side.
Several steep exterior stairs are required to access the suite and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns or anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs.
Kitchenette only—this is not a full kitchen. It includes a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. There is no stove, oven, or dishwasher.
Limited clothing storage—best suited for shorter stays or guests travelling light.

If you're looking for a cozy place to sleep after spending your days exploring Vancouver Island, this suite is an excellent choice. If you're planning to spend a lot of time indoors, cooking full meals, or require a larger living space, one of our larger suites may be a better fit.

The Space
Inside you'll find a comfortable queen bedroom, a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a separate vanity located just outside the bathroom for added convenience. The bright, modern interior is filled with natural light and offers a peaceful place to relax after a day of surfing, hiking, wildlife viewing, or exploring the coastline. We pride ourselves on being as transparent as possible so our guests know exactly what to expect before they arrive. Host Rules:
Review: Little Bear Den is a compact, cozy cabin with a simple kitchenette—microwave, toaster, mini fridge, coffee maker, and a small dining table—perfect for light meals and snacks. Please note there is no stovetop, dishwasher, or full-size fridge.
Renters agreement must be signed
Age min: 21 years old
During peak summer season (July-August), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. 3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays.
No pets allowed: To keep the space comfortable for all guests, we’re a pet-free home and don’t allow dogs or cats. Please book elsewhere if you’ll be travelling with a pet.
Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!
Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.
