A half wall partition separates the living room from the main dining area, which can comfortably seat up to six people and features hardwood flooring. The generous gourmet kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space for preparing all your vacation meals.
The primary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, vaulted ceilings with a ceiling fan, a flat-screen television, a spacious closet, and a full en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom provides a wonderfully open and large area with a queen-sized bed, a full en-suite bathroom, and an additional sleeping area with two twin beds.
The Queen Murphy bed in the living room optimizes the occupancy, allowing it to accommodate up to 8 guests.

Ranch Hall offers a common area lounge, outdoor pool and hot tub; game room, workout facilities and summer outdoor playground. Kids 8 and under are free and guests must be 16 and older to use the workout facilities. The $20 fee must be paid by the guest directly to Ranch Hall via credit card only. This fee is per person/per day.

Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transportation. There may be times during heavy snowfall that the county road may have delays with snow removal and guests should consider utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles.
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
